WSET Level 1.

Level 1 is a one-day course held by Åke Nordgren who is the CEO of Akebono and is one of Europe's foremost experts in the field of Japanese beverages and food.

The course is held at Vinkällan in Stockholm and also in Gothenburg as well as once a year in Copenhagen.
Åke is a trained Sake sommelier, WSET Level 3 Sake Educator, Panel Chairman of IWC and also appointed Sake Samurai by The Sake Samurai Association in Japan.

WSET Level 3.

Sake is a historically important beverage category that is both interesting and complex to study, just like wine, beer and spirits. Level 3 is divided into 15 different parts that together give you a complete overview of sake, its manufacturing process and area of ​​use. Please note that the course is in English.

After completing the course (WSET Level 3 Award in Sake) and passing the examination, you will receive a diploma and a pin to show your knowledge.
